We’re not able to accept returns. Exchanges are available with items of the same price or higher, you will be charged for any price difference. Please note that if the exchange item is lower in price, no refund will be issued for the difference.
For United States, ASTOUD offers a free one-time direct exchange with no shipping charges.
For Europe & Asia: ASTOUD does not offer direct exchanges for International orders. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
To initiate the exchange, please follow these steps on our website:
1. Log in to Your Account:
- Click here.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Submit the Exchange Request:
- Click the order for which you want to submit the exchange.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to exchange.
- Select the exchange reason.
- Click Request Exchange.
- Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours to proceed with your request.
3. Complete Your Exchange Shipment:
- Print the prepaid return label (Your returned shipping label will be attached to your email confirmation).
- Pack the item securely—please include the original packaging if possible.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office.
- Please note: Multiple orders cannot be returned with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.
4. International Exchange:
- International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
- Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
- ASTOUD does not offer direct exchanges for International orders. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, reach our customer care team at retail@astoud.com or @astoud.official on Instagram. We’re always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.
- It’s important to double-check your shipping address at checkout, as you are responsible for your package safely delivery.
- Address changes can only be made once.
- For corrections, email retail@astoud.com or Instagram @astoud.official, including Your Order Number within 48 hours after placing your order.
- Once your order has shipped, we’re re unable to update the shipping address. If the address provided was incorrect, we may not be able to resolve any delivery issues. In this case, you’ll need to contact your local post office for assistance in retrieving your package.
- If you need to update your delivery address, reach out to Customer Service Shopify Inbox.
- Please Note: Changes involving a new city or state may extend the delivery timeline.

Track Your Order
Delays may occur during customs clearance, international shipping carrier and local courier services or vendors late delivery. In such cases, you can contact us at retail@astoud.com, we’ll do our best to support you and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All pre-order items take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to delivery from the original order date.
Some orders will take longer due to made-to-order nature of pre-ordering, a longer time in custom, incorrect addresses, and more. We also check every order carefully to prevent any product faulties. For all delayed orders, please contact us at retail@astoud.com
We offer free ground shipping for Purchase Limit orders. This offer automatically applies at checkout, no code needed.
You can refer to our Shipping Policy page to confirm eligibility for your destination. Please reach out to us if the offer doesn’t automatically apply to your order.
Please provide photos/videos of the item(s) and contact Customer Service to request a return. After inspecting and cross-referencing evidence with the Warehouse Department:
- If ASTOUD has made a mistake in the packing process leading to your order not containing all the products you ordered, we will proceed with a reparation delivery of the missing products to the address specified on the order and you will not pay any additional costs.
- If you received any incorrect items, we kindly ask that you return them first before we proceed with the re-shipment.
- If ASTOUD can provide evidence showing that all products in the order have been delivered with full products in the order, we refuse to resolve the complaint.

If you only receive partial of the order, it is because your order containing pre-orders or back-ordered items. This allows us to send you the ready-to-ship pieces first (keep the wait less daunting), while the remaining items will follow as soon as they become available to ship.
