EXCHANGE POLICY

ASTOUD does not offer returns for the following reasons: sizing differences, color preferences, or if the product doesn't suit your needs. However, we do offer Exchange of item(s) equal or greater value. To proceed with an exchange, all these conditions must be met:

  • The Exchange must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The Exchange must be back with us within 10 days (U.S. Only) and 15 days (International) from the day the Exchange Request is created.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

  • Categories: Return are not accepted.
  • Apparel: Made-to-order, customized items that are not defective or damaged 
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories  All kinds of accessories are not eligible for return

Please note:

  • Each product can only be exchanged once.
  • ASTOUD reserves the right to assess the condition of returning products before proceeding with any exchanges.
  • ASTOUD reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated Exchange Policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refunds/exchanges being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care Team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • ASTOUD reserves the right to adjust the policies and conditions of the website for promotional items and special programs at any time.

 

THE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE ON ASTOUD WEBSITE 

To initiate an Exchange Request, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Account:

  • Click here 
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Submit the Exchange Request:

  • Click the order for which you want to submit the exchange.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to exchange.
  • Select the exchange reason.
  • Click Request Exchange.
  • Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours to proceed with your request. 

3. Complete Your Exchange Shipment:

  • Print the prepaid return label (Your returned shipping label will be attached to your email confirmation).
  • Pack the item securely—please include the original packaging if possible.
  • Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office.
  • Please note: Multiple orders cannot be returned with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.

4. International Exchange:

  • International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
  • Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
  • ASTOUD does not offer direct exchanges for International orders. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

 

ASTOUD EXCHANGE PERIOD

The exchange must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date.

For US Customers: The exchanged item(s) must be back with us within 10 days from the day the return request is created.

For International Customers: The exchanged item(s) must be back with us within 15 days from the day the return request is created.

EXCHANGE  

Regulated fees

  1. Exchange for an equal-priced product: No fees
  2. Exchange for a lower-priced product: Price difference will not be refunded OR will be credited into store credit. 
  3. Exchange for a higher-priced product: The customers will pay the price difference

Please Note: We will send you an invoice if there’s any price difference that needs to be paid. All fees must be paid before we send out your new package(s).

Timeline for product retrieval, inspection and new delivery: 1-2 weeks

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund and notify you via email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, ASTOUD reserves the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise. 

Please note: Shipping Fees will not be refunded.
