HOW LONG DOES PRE-ORDER ITEMS TAKE?

All pre-order items take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to delivery from the original order date.
Some order will take longer due to a longer time in custom, incorrect addresses, low stock and more. We take each and every order carefully. For all delayed orders, please contact us immediately at retail@astoud.com to resolve your concern immediately.

HOW TO APPLY FREE SHIPPING CODE?

Free US Shipping on all orders over $200 to all US Email Subscribers. Code will be automatically applied once your order has reached the minimum of $200.
If code isn't available, please find the code in your welcome email and apply it at check-out.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please refer to the link below to track your order's process.
Track Your Order
Delays may occur during customs clearance, international shipping carrier and local courier services or vendors late delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately at retail@astoud.com to resolve your concern immediately.
If you only receive partial of the order, it is because orders containing pre-orders or back-ordered items, those readily available may be dispatched first, resulting in multiple shipments.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Yes, all orders are eligible to change address within 24 hours after successfully placed the order.
No changes can be made once the order has been shipped out. Please double check your address before placing an order!

Please note: No refunds on shipping will be issued once your order has been placed. If the code isn't available to you, please reach out via Inbox or email us at retail@astoud.com.

HOW DOES EXCHANGE WORK?

To initiate the exchange, please follow these steps on our website:
1. Log in to Your Account:
  • Click here
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Submit the Exchange Request:
  • Click the order for which you want to submit the exchange.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to exchange.
  • Select the exchange reason.
  • Click Request Exchange.
  • Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours to proceed with your request.
3. Complete Your Exchange Shipment:
  • Print the prepaid return label (Your returned shipping label will be attached to your email confirmation).
  • Pack the item securely—please include the original packaging if possible.
  • Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office.
  • Please note: Multiple orders cannot be returned with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.
4. International Exchange:
  • International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
  • Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
  • ASTOUD does not offer direct exchanges for International orders. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
